2 - severe axial shaft misalignment overloading one edge of the bearing.
3 - cavitation erosion of the bearing groove edge
4 - hard rubbing in bearing bore due to interference between housing and tang.
5 - generalised overlay erosion attributed to cavitation at exit of bearing groove.
