1 - cavitation damage within the oil film. Perhaps not true misalignment but still caused by geometry. See also water.
2 - severe axial shaft misalignment overloading one edge of the bearing.
3 - cavitation erosion of the bearing groove edge
4 - hard rubbing in bearing bore due to interference between housing and tang.
5 - generalised overlay erosion attributed to cavitation at exit of bearing groove.
