Kittiwake provide solutions for on-site lube oil analysis, which are robust, portable, simple to use and accurate. We offer three ranges of test equipment, depending upon the intended use, frequency of testing and accuracy required.
For most industrial applications, we recommend an Oil Test Centre in a rugged, portable roller case, with the option of an ANALEXfdMplus to measure ferrous wear debris.
The Oil Test Centre provides key health parameters of the lubricant, enabling you to make informed onsite maintenance decisions and to act before the onset of critical failure.
The ANALEXfdMplus allows you to rapidly identify wear rates; before damage occurs. It is simple to use and results are obtained in seconds. It also trends data on screen or to a PC, giving a visual representation of increasing wear and the rate of increase.
The oil test centre is available in a number of configurations. For us to recommend the best option for you, you will need to indicate the types of equipment you wish to cover with your oil analysis program:
Diesel Engine Lubricants, Gas Turbine Lubricants, Gear Box Lubricants and/or Hydraulics.
