Sampling Systems

Kittiwake manufacture sampling equipment for lube oil analysis programmes. The service spans basic design, sample bottles, speciality labels, cartons and artwork through to world-wide delivery and logistical support. Contracted customers also benefit from strategic storage in the UK and USA with offices open over a 15 hour time span. The service is currently used by lube oil suppliers with a customer base spanning 70% of the worlds deep sea fleet.

Sampling Pumps

Special pumps for drawing samples from those difficult to reach places. Sampling Pumps are available with adapters for both 28mm and 32mm neck sample bottles.

Designed to fit all Kittiwake sample bottles and tubes, except FG-K3-203-KW (600ml sample bottle) which has a snap-on cap. Allows sampling from machine sumps and storage tanks

Sample Bottles

Sample bottles are designed to withstand warm liquids (<70°C) under vacuum conditions and are available in numerous sizes and materials - including:

60ml HDPE Sample Bottles
100ml PVC Sample Bottles
600ml HDPE Sample Bottles
750ml HDPE Sample Bottles

Mailers and shipping systems also available.


Sample Extraction Tube (LPDE) PL-K10215

Clean LDPE tubing to fit sample extraction pump.
Supplied in 15m rolls.
Suitable for vacuum extraction pumps.
Can be used on hot fluids up to 70°C.

Adhesive labels for sample bottles, supplied with custom artwork and text.

1000 per roll.
Self adhesive.
Pre-printed with your logo/ information.
