DIGI Portable Laboratories for Cooling Water and Boiler Water Treatment

A fully portable water testing laboratory is an essential piece of equipment for the Water Treatment Professional, enabling quick and accurate on-site evaluation of water quality.

Treatment programs for a wide range of industrial applications including boiler water , cooling water and waste water need careful control to be effective. The DIGI portable laboratory is supplied in a rugged, aluminium framed cases with profiled foam inserts to hold all equipment and reagents. A core range of tests are supplied as standard with upgrades available for more specialised products.


FG-K28900-KW: DIGI Standard Water Test Laboratory

The DIGI Standard Water Test Laboratory contains all hardware required to carry out titration , photometric , pH and conductivity testing . A core range of tests are included which provide all basic hardware for monitoring essential cooling water and boiler water treatment parameters.

Consisting of a black polymer case with aluminium frame and side work station, equipment includes:

1 x DIGI Smart II Photometer mains charger and photometer cells
1 x DIGI Titrator, Titrator syringette assemblies and dispensing needles
1 x DIGI EcoScan pH 6 meter, plus probe
1 x DIGI EcoScan Conductivity 6 meter and cell
1 x Digital Thermometer

DIGI Laboratory Test Equipment

DIGI Smart 2 Photometer

The DIGI Smart 2 Photometer enables accurate and reliable analysis of over 40 test parameters, giving direct concentration readout. Features include remote upgrading, PC download and data storage.

DIGI Titrator

The DIGI Titrator gives burette accuracy with a fraction of the reagent usage. The hand held titration gun enables rapid, no-mess titrations with a separate reservoir assembly per analysis. A simple cartridge delivery system per titrant means no chemical contact and quick changeover.

DIGI pH Test Meter and Conductivity Test Meter

The DIGI EcoScan pH 6 pH meter and DIGI EcoScan CON 6 conductivity meter are supplied in a rubber boot for added protection and durability. Supplied with a 3 year warranty and calibration solutions, these durable test meters provide an outstanding level of accuracy.
